These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Hooked Ohn Lures and purchases made through hookedohnlures.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizes, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Handmade lure colors and finishes may vary slightly. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel unavailable items.
An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send confirmation. Payments are processed through the payment options shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders of $40 or more when shown on the site. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address.
Please contact us before returning an item. Requests concerning unused items should be made within 14 days of delivery. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and include photos when possible. Eligibility and refund method depend on the item’s condition and the circumstances of the request. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Fishing tackle may contain sharp hooks, small parts, and materials that require careful handling. Keep products away from children and pets, use appropriate protective equipment, and follow applicable fishing laws. No particular fishing result is guaranteed.
Site content, branding, photographs, designs, and product names are owned by Hooked Ohn Lures or used with permission and may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.
We may update or temporarily suspend the site. To the extent permitted by law, Hooked Ohn Lures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. We may update them from time to time by posting a revised effective date on this page.
